Location: 12 oz bottle from Shop Rite, 9/7/12
Aroma: The nose is chocolate and caramel malts, roast, some light smoke, and a little booze
Appearance: It pours a cloudy dark orange-brown color, with a beige head
Flavor: The taste is meidum sweet, malty, semi-sweet chocolate, and a mildly bitter finish
Palate: The body is medium-full, has a little bit of heat, and a soft-to-average carbonation
Overall Impression: I enjoyed this one, and thought it was a nice attempt from Widmer. I agree with whomever categorized it as an American Strong, as it didn't really feel like a classic Brown.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours pretty dark brown with a 1/4 inch beige head. Lots of rum and treacle in the aroma. Full bodied. Flavor is massively treacle with rum and some citrus and arguably pear. It burns slightly. I’m thinking this massively flavorful ale will age well. Brilliant concoction.

Draft, courtesy of staff at ChurchKey, thanks! Clear dark maroon color. Aroma of caramel and subtle licorice. Taste is lightly spiced and slightly boozy caramel.

Tap. Pours clear brown with a small tan head that laces well. Aroma is roasted malt, molasses, caramel, alcohol - quite interesting actually. Flavor is over the top sweet roasted malt, brown sugar, molasses, and alcohol - rummy. Strong alcohol notes throughout and a very warming finish.
