Ginger Pear Mead with a great story. Made with local honey, "Clapp's Favorite" pear, and locally sourced ginger (yes they grow that here!). This is on the dryer side for our meads, good with dinner. Think Asian food!

Bottle pour at 1634, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has soft pear skins, a hint of ginger, and totally fermented out honey. Flavour is nearly bone dry, with light ginger, fermented out honey, and gentle pear. Floral, boozy, not super complex. It’s alright.
