Brewed with spray-free local oats which we pair with a special blend of grains.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: thick hazy burnt orange color with a semi-yellow-ed sort of tint to it and a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated pretty nicely and left a ring of lace near the top while nice legs strung downwards
Aroma: mixed citrusy to mixed berry hoppy accents up front with a delicate undernote of pine; clean malts
Flavor: seems to lead with the berry hoppy notes and slightly leans into more of a strawberry sort of sweetness; the pine balances in a little bit of bitterness; finishes somewhat strawberry-like with pine then some mixed citrusy notes
Texture: light to medium bodied - slightly closer to medium; slightly sessionable; some smoothness with an ever so slight creamy effect to it; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA, good deal Mount Holly now stay on track with your NEIPA's.
