Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger and a half's worth of khaki foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: some milk chocolate, dark chocolate, earthy Chai sweetness with a touch of spice; sweet vanilla notes
Flavor: starts sweet and develops an underlying warming earthy spice and sweetness and seems to meld fairly well as the beer warmed
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium; somewhat a sipper - kinda; some smoothness and good carb level as the Chai notes do not distract whatsoever in the texture department
Overall: pretty nicely done impy porter I would return to.
