Le Capitaine, habitué de longs voyages, à accosté à Sainte-Flavie le temps d'un petit brassin... et de quelques bières. Nous avons choisis ensemble les houblons Southern Cross, Riwaka et Motueka pour cette DIPA au miel local.

Hazy orange-yellow color with a steady white head and a little lacing. Beneath the citrusy aroma, NZ-style tropical fruit starts to peek through. Medium-bodied. Smoothie-like mouthfeel. Tropical fruit, kiwi, peach and pineapple swirl across the palate, along with, of course, plenty of citrus. Quite sweet, but well-balanced in its sweetness. However, I’m not getting any honey notes from this one.
