Draft at the Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is roasty, chocolate, yeast. The flavour is light sweet, with.a smooth, light, roasty, medicinal palate. Medium to light bodied with flat carbonation. Not undrinkable, but not far from it. Clearly infected.
