An exploration in elevated classics & refined dankness. Taking cues from one of our favourite hop pairings, we’ve explored how dank, resinous varieties can be elevated within pine-forward profiles. In this split batch West Coast DIPA, we've leaned into a different fruit-forward expression, highlighting the delicate white wine and crushed gooseberry characteristics of Nelson Sauvin. These are then perfectly complemented by the soft mango, blueberry, and earthy pine notes of Mosaic

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose sticky white head. Aroma is rubber, nelson sauvin, piney hop, pine tips, sticky bud. Flavour is composed of simple base grains, piney hop, waxy citrus, rubber, Nelson sauvin, Assertive bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, resin, moderate carbonation. Really solid.

Pours almost clear golden with a decent white cap. Fresh gooseberry, hintbof blueberry, caramel and malt and a touch of sticky orange. Nice mellow pissy hop, ight fruity finish with blueberry coming through. Lovely stuff
