I have a 23.5 oz can purchased at a sad little convenience store in nearby Big Spring. I’ve never tasted dragon fruit in any form so this will be enlightening. Sleeved in a white paper bag, the tab on the beer is flipped and I take a sniff. Yes, fruity in, I guess, a dragon fruit kind of way. A drink now, it strikes me as a sort of fermented grape flavor with cherry jolly rancher candy tossed in. Sweet but not horribly so. The alcohol is obvious early on. Not exactly a refreshing drink on a high 90s day that included some afternoon yard work for me. Still, this is not a bad malt liquor, considerably better than the last version of Joose I had previously this year.
