On tap at The Ship. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Biscuit malts and oaky Chardonnay on the nose. Flavour is quite soft with buttery oak and a slightly fruity Chardonnay character, pale malts underneath; hops are definitely in the background. Aging a pilsner seems odd, but it turned out okay.
