Hoppy Wheat Beer
With roots in two of today's most popular brewing styles, 80-Acre Hoppy Wheat Beer is the result of careful cultivation by our brewers and cellarmen. Their efforts to craft a hybrid yielded a bumper crop of flavor; a delightfully distinctive ale with the aroma of an IPA and the refreshing taste of a wheat beer.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a white mediumsized head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, some spruce, mild herbs and some clove to it. Flavour is floral, lemons, some coriander and mild red hubba bubba bubble gum tones to it.

Hazy pale golden. Full white head. Soft wheal malt flavors and a clean citrusy hop presence. Good

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a large white head and excellent retention. Spotty lacing. Standard wheal ale aroma. LOTS of floaties. Initial taste of light tangy citrus wheat ale with a light hop finish. Kinda strange. Harmless, but the mix doesn't really work for me. Maybe an old bottle?

Bottle from West Side. Pours a clear deep straw gold with 2 fingers of foam. Light grain on the nose, grassy hops with some light lemon. Clean and crisp with active carbonation. Finish is quite dry with a bit of yeast. Has great Belgian dryness like a De La Senne beer in a way.

Hazy blonde. Thin, bubbly head. Fruity, hoppy, orangey aroma. Light bitterness, orangey, and a touch of mango hop, with a solid pale malt background.
