Fox Run is a Bavarian-style Helles conditioned on sugar maple wood spirals. A blend of Barke Pilsner and Munich malts, heirloom grains conjure rich notes of honey-nut bread crust, maple-soaked toast, and toasted grains. Sugar maple then transforms the sweetness with a lingering note of woody spice and a hint of fresh maple syrup.
