Draft. Cloudy golden body with a frothy white head, slowly diminishing. Hop citrus aroma with notes of toasted grain and hints of wheat and pine. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture turning velvety, lively carbonation. An APA made with wheat. The hop bitterness, which lingers into the finish, is not overwhelming though it does overshadow the malts. Still, this is crisp and clean. Itβs not complex, but it is well made for what it is.

Refrigerated 12 oz. bottle dated May 1, 2012 (really fresh, thanks seymour) poured into a weizen glass. Pours cloudy golden with huge fluffy white head. Little lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, and grapefruit aroma. Taste is super fresh slightly bitter grapefruit hops, citrus (mostly lemon), a hint of clove, and some spicy herbal pine. Crisp, refreshing, good wheat ale.

Bottle. Bready wheat malt, pineapple, citrus hop aroma. Cloudy yellow with a large white head. Yeasty wheat malt and spicy / piney / citrus hops flavor. Light body, tingly carbonation. This is the first Schlafly brew I can say I definitely like.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a hazy yellow with about 4 fingers of huge white head. Aroma of citrus hops and wheat. Taste is light bitter. Citrus and wheat. Light bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Overall, awesome. Iβm going to have to get a whole 6-pack of this.

12 oz bottle purchased at Royal Liquor in Kansas City, Missouri. Bottled with love on 03 14 2012 according to the label. The pour is a very hazed yellow golden with a huge pillowy white head that is slow to fall. The aroma is bright floral hops, a slight clove, and a general mildly dirty yeastiness. The taste is the spiced floral hops, turning to a full grainy wheat, and finishing with mineral clove yeastiness. Flavors play nicely together. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, an unfiltered mouth feel, and the slightly dirty finish. Overall easy drinking beer.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice wheat malt base with a floral hop. Flavor is more of the wheat with less hops showing through. Its a wheat with a little more hops than average. Nothing mind blowing but good for summertime patio drinking.
