Born of golden fields of swaying grasses, warmed by the sun & alive with a multitude of creatures, each absorbed in its own small purpose, this rustic saison - brewed with barley, wheat & rye, with its layers of earthy funk, ripe tropical fruit & farmhouse character, balanced with bright spice, firm hop bitterness & a crisp, dry finish - is a refreshing salute to all who toil.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has soft bretty notes, wet hay, and gentle rustic saison yeast. Flavour is much the same, with soft bretty notes, cardboardy hay, some rustic notes, and a dry bready malt base. Fairly young brett along with a strange oxidized character. Not the most sophisticated brett expression, but it’s reasonably constructed.
