Draft from Pacific standard. Ligher colored. Not bad but really not much stands out here and honestly I can’t even remember much, not because of drunkeness, just because.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 1/12/2014. Pours moderately cloudy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon zest, orange zest, toast, biscuit, light caramel, floral, grass, and floral earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of hop and malt notes; with good strength. Taste of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon zest, orange zest, floral, grass, toast, biscuit, light caramel, light pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Light floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, orange/lemon zest, floral, grass, toast, biscuit, light caramel, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of hop and malt flavors; with a great hop/malt balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with no warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice pale ale. All around good balance, complexity, and robustness of hop and malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Pretty average, yet better than most standard pale ales. Didn’t hate it, but nothing special

Decent APA. Clean and crisp, like the description says. Citrus and some light pine hops. A little funk but a pretty weak malt backbone. Overall, meh, it’s ok. Nothing to seek out.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy orange. Fruity and somewhat funky aroma with a bit of olives and some citric hops. Sourish flavor with light sweetness, some malt and a bitter hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied. Maybe a bit infected, but still enjoyable.
