This stout began with a smooth, chocolatey base blended with tropical hop character from Mosaic, Barbe Rouge and Sabro. We then aged it in Jamaican Rum Barrels to impart flavors of ripe fruit, carmelized sugar and oak. Our clean lager yeast allows the many layers of flavor to shine through and serves as an homage to the Caribbean born tropical stout style.
