This sparkling ice wine is made from the best Danish pears and cherries. An intense cryo-concentrated pear ice wine is blended with aromatic, fresh and slightly acidic cherry wine, which gives the wine a deep fruity aroma with delicious cherry notes.
Perfect as a fresher addition to ris a la manden, as a welcome drink or as a nice glass on the terrace.

Bottle 75 cl corked and caged. Vintage 2019. Pours a clear dark red with a short and fizzy pinkish head. Subtle cherry aroma. Medium body, medium sweet with the cherries being quite dominant in a lovely way. Quite fizzy. Lovely and extravagant. 140826
