Crafted in collaboration with Jorre from De Mederie, this batch is built on the robust Event Horizon base. The fermentation was pushed with wild milkweed honey and a heavy dose of morello cherry. This meticulous fermentation process extracts every drop of the cherry's natural, vibrant fruitiness, while the milkweed honey lays down a deep, earthy foundation of sweetness.
You can expect a beautifully complex blend. Dark malts bring rich caramel and red berry notes that mingle perfectly with the juicy, tart cherries. It pours with the bold, rich character of a red dessert wine, perfectly balanced by a bright acidity that rounds out the sip.

tap @ gravity brewpub (budapest) deep brown colour, strong body, low carbonated, no head, thick texture, oily, heavy, smells like sour cherry, tastes like sour cherry, very very very sweety and yummy, but ain't boozey, wooden notes hints, heavy but insidious dangerous like cherry wine :)))
