This hauntingly hoppy IPA was fermented cold and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops. The result is a monster aroma packed with white grapes and passion fruit notes.

Another of the beers obtained in an advent box from the brewery. Stamp on the bottom of the 16 oz can indicates the brew is seriously out of date but whatever. I've put into place my Great Heights snifter which is a brewery near Eureka Heights in Houston. The pour is a dark gold with a good stack of snow white foam.The scent does not indicate any problems, there is ripe yellow fruit, hops and floral to a small degree. And now take a taste. I get apricots, a touch of citrus, a vinous effect, and a small amount of hoppy bitterness. Not a big fan of Nelson Sauvin hops but it is working okay here. Better sampling than I anticipated.
