Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a near clear pale yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has some light grains and grassy hops with the mustard seed as well. Flavor has a lot of sweet grains with some mustard seed coming out but there really isn’t too much there.

Draft at the brewpub. Hazy dirty yellow-brown body, thin off-white head. Weird mustardy nose with lemony hops notes. Spicy, mustard seed body with bready, dry malts, biscuity and a tad prickly. An interesting experiment.

Draft. Poured a translucent yellow color, small white head. Aroma was sweet notes, a touch of spice - mustard escapes me but I think psychology was at work here - I could tell something was in there, and it had to be the mustard, but without knowing I’d have just guessed generic "spice" was in here. Flavor doesn’t help all that much either - a touch of bitter spice, not a whole lot else going on here - typical Pilsner I suppose.

Draft. Hazy yellow color. Aroma of subtle bitter straw. Taste is bitter hay and light spice.
