Rooted in old-world farmhouse tradition, this beer is all about the transition from winter into spring. Fresh, dry and incredibly drinkable. We leaned into that character with a blend of French and Belgian yeast strains, fermented a touch cooler than usual to keep things clean while still letting those subtle rustic notes come through.
The result is a balanced, layered beer, soft malt, gentle spice, a hint of earthiness, and a crisp finish that keeps it refreshing from first sip to last.

473mL can. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Nice rustic yeast on the nose; gentle esters and spices. Flavour also has a really nice yeast character, a bit spicy, slightly dry, an appropriate amount of esters; complex and rustic throughout. Good carbonation. This is really well done.
