Dutch Aromatic Ale
Princesse is inspired by one of the Netherlands' most celebrated historical beer styles, first brewed more than 250 years ago. Built on a rich Munich malt base and layered with fresh orange, licorice root, and anise, it offers a beautifully balanced combination of malt sweetness, gentle spice, and elegant complexity.
Named for the Dutch royal family, this is a beer that pays homage to a forgotten classic while bringing it into the modern craft beer world.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Dry Belgian yeast, spices, some candied orange on the nose. Flavour has a very dry Belgian character, only a hint of esters, coriander, cloves, orange peels. Nice, pretty solid yeast expression, I like the dryness. Good stuff.
