No head, orange beer with a metallic reflection. Very hard lambic nose, lactic, lemon, but also acetic, with some peeking phenols. Very lemony taste, some leathery Brett flavour. Tart as nothing else. Flat as a pancake - or an old lambic. Acidburn. In Belgium we would call this a harde lambic. But it is remarkably straightforward.
