Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a hazy orange gold with small frothy off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong oak, peaches, cheese funk. Thin mouth, tart peach, acidic, oak, funk, really nice.

Murky yellow. Nose is nice. Very clean peach with hints of wood. Hard to explain but it is good. Find a bottle if you can. The peach is we’ll integrated with the base beer.

On tap @ Avery Sour Fest 2014. Cloudy yellow orange appearance wit ha white head. Bright juicy peach aroma with a bit of cheese, mold, and stinky feet. Truly incredible fruit in the nose. The flavor is bright and very juicy. Lots of tropical fruit - mango, pineapple, apricot, peach - to go with some light floral / herbal notes. Moderately sour. Pretty delicious. I’ve had this on a couple of occasions but forgot to rate.

Bomber sampled at a tasting. From notes. Tart peach with a dose of spicy hops. Not really getting any of the oak though. Again, i always knew the big guys could brew decent beer.

Small white rim over clear golden beer. Lemon, delicate aroma as from lemonblossom, lemonpeel. Nice lemony flavour, Chardonnay wine, fruity, peach, mineral component. Superbly fine palate, light to medium bodied. Superbly peachy top.

Sampled from the tap at 2011 FOBAB. Poured a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a decent amount of funk with backing peaches that are quite tart. Flavor had notes of earthy peaches that were slightly tart with a bit of a musty funk note.
