What do we say about our West Coast IPAs that hasn’t been said before. We love them, they have a direct and intentional point of view. And they are what we drink the most of.
I know you rider is the next in a series of excellent, dry, bitter, balanced, aromatic west coast IPAs. This one truly expressing some beautiful Simcoe and Oregon Strata.
These beers do so well expressing hop aromas that everything afterwards feels like an after thought. But that’s the point. It’s cold and calculated. It’s perfectly defined and balanced in that way to maximize hop aroma and ensure you always drink another one.
If you only have one of these, we may have failed somewhere.

On tap at Superflux, pours a clear bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of melony hops, some pine, and bready malt. Flavour is fairly clean, with lots of tropical notes, melon, piney hops, and a soft biscuity malt base. Very low bitterness—needs more—but that Mosaic expression is solid. Very good.
