(Keg at the brewpub, 20260816) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had resin, creamy toffee and spruce sprouts. Palate was medium bodied and very dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were resin, pine, lightly honey, spruce sprouts and intense bitterness. Aftertaste had resin and bitterness. A good hoppy brew with with mild adjunct notes. A little bit unbalanced.
