West African Coast Session Ale
Brewed in collaboration with Country Malt Group to celebrate the World Cup, this hoppy session ale features the unique addition of fonio, an ancient African grain that lends distinctive tropical fruit notes. Idaho 7, Mosaic and Sabro hops contribute refined aromas of white wine, lychee, gooseberry and cataloupe, balanced by a subtle creamy character. It offers a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a clean, refreshing bitterness- a versatile and sessionable brew.

On tap at Parallel 49. Pours a slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Fairly dank and grassy on the nose, maybe a bit sweaty. Flavour has gentle stonefruit, berries, bitter grainy finish. Not that complex, but a pretty interesting grain expression.
