For Pinch Me, I’m In Medford, we took the crisp, bone-dry, resinous skeleton of our favorite coastal IPAs and strapped it to a hop rocket, utilizing a triple dry-hopped cocktail of Citra, Mosaic, Strata, and a generous dusting of Luminosa. By leaning heavily on DynaBoost and HyperBoost extracts, we managed to cram an impossible amount of clean, unadulterated hop oil into the glass, sending up a ridiculous canopy of pungent dank weed, bright peach rings, and candied orange peel. It hits the palate with a sharp, refreshing snap bursting with ruby red grapefruit zest and fresh papaya before cleaning up beautifully with a firm, piney bitterness that proves elite-tier Westcoast IPAs can thrive just about anywhere.
