On Tap at the Boise brewpub. Very hazy redish brown. Full dense lating tan head. Lots of big fresh piney hop aromas and flavors. LIngering resinous hop trailer. Somewhere between a malty IPA and a Cascadian Dark. Interesting.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Malt and light grapefruit flavor with light cocoa. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light cocoa linger with light caramel.

22 oz. bottle, pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite hop-heavy, some toasted nuts and some roast. Flavour is a bit fruity at first, then shifts to citrus hops that then feature quite prominently, backed by some pleasant toasted malts. Very hop-heavy for a brown ale - tastes more like a very hoppy, toasted amber. Very solid.

Bottle. Brown pour with foamy white head. Aroma is like a pale or a Cape, with piney notes. Hoppy flavour, with restraint, they could have gone for a brown IPA but they didn’t. Barley and wheat in e finish with some tartness

Had at MBBF in Idaho Falls
Dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma of citrus, toasted malts and fruit. Tastes of grapefruit and piney. Nice, they took Silver for this beer.
