The Nine Realms

Nine Realms, one beer. Mosaic goes full triple dry-hop with Cryo and HyperBoost, throwing gooseberry, ripe peach, and honeydew into the mix, while Nelson brings its usual sauvignon blanc-grape brightness and a whisper of passionfruit. Rounding out the crew are two experimental New Zealand hops still early enough in their career that we're not giving away all their secrets. Soft, pillowy, and built to drink easy, this one saturates the glass without ever turning sweet, then eases out on a gentle, hazy finish. Bifrost not included.
