The first thing that hits your tongue isn't the malt—it’s the hops. The zesty punch of orange peel and lime pith, which is immediately smoothed out by the sophisticated layer of crushed green grapes and a distinct "white wine" tartness that keeps the opening crisp.
The malt backbone stands up to provide balance. It tastes like dry-toasted hazelnuts and dark bread crust. There is a subtle, bitter chocolate note that bridges the gap between the fruity hops and the roasty grains.
The Finish is peppery & Clean. It leaves a peppery, herbal snap on the back of the throat that scrubs the palate clean. You’re left with a lingering dryness and a faint hint of woodsmoke and pine resin.
