Sampled from the tap at the North Loop location. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy citrus and grass with some rind and sweet grains backing. Flavor has dank citrus and light onion with grass, sweet grains and a hint of rind in the finish.
