Wild is our latest brew made with foraged Chamomile and in collaboration with the good people of rare. rare is dedicated to managing and protecting around 1550 acres of environmentally sensitive land across Waterloo and Wellington County, and have been our Community Fund partner since 2024, sharing in what we hold important here at the farm.
Clocking in at a little over 6% with an herbal nose of grass, freshly ground spices, and ester, Wild pours a palate of bubble gum, allspice and white pepper. All this tied up in a mild carb and a super clean finish 🙂↕️ Perfecto!

Pours hazy yellow with an off-white head. Taste is Belgian yeast, floral notes, herbs, banana notes, spice. Nice.

On tap at Stillwell Beer Bar. Pours clear gold with a white head. Saison yeast, a bit peppery, some chamomile on the nose. Flavour has saison yeast up front, some pepper, leafy chamomile. Decent saison.
