Location: Draft at Cúrate, 1/3/15
Aroma: It has some citrus/grapefruit, a little orange, caramel, and some toast/grainy malts
Appearance: It pours a hazy amber-golden color with a small off-white-to-beige colored head
Flavor: The taste is along the same lines as the nose, a little sweet, with a nice, clean bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, leans a hint light, with a pretty good drinkability to it
Overall Impression: I enjoyed this one overall. It is nothing too amazing, but it is pretty good. Definitely something I could see drinking regularly if it’s one of few around, but not something I’d seek out on a more in depth menu.

22 ounce bottle from the brewery. Wow. The top pops off with a large hiss and the head is huge. Decent head retention and excellent lacing. Aroma if leafy and tart citrus hops Taste is citrus hops and light caramel malts. There is a bitterness that kind of sneaks up on you. Medium bodied. A little one dimensional but well crafted.
