The last month of summer and white sails of small boats force us to obey, but we don’t mind. So meet our new neoclassical Belgian witbier! We already used the combination of lemon and cardamom in our very first Vietraź, but a lot has changed since then, and even the variety that was planned as a single release gave life to a whole line of unusual flavors in an otherwise regular wheat beer. A new technique for adding zest, gentle hopping with Australian Galaxy, a new strain of yeast for us, the freshest green cardamom (only whole buds, always!) and all the same deconstructivism of the classics. As for the taste, this is a real hot summer in your glass. Try it for yourself!
