Green apple nose. Clear yellow, light carbonation visible.Very sweet apple flavor. Overly sweet and overly carbonated. I’m not a fan of dry ciders, but this opposite extreme isn’t what I want either.

bottle pours light yellow with a thin white head that laces the edge of the glass the length of the beer. Aroma is straight apple, only thin hints of champagne yeast. Flavor is red gala apple with a dry finish of yeast and rind.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow tint with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is apple and cherry. Thin mouthfeel with a sour apple and light crisp finish. A good cider from Fish.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine West Richmond, VA. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a medium white fizzy head. Fairly decent head retention for a cider. Aroma of sweet apples with a tart grainy finish. The taste is sweet apples, tart finish, a faint bit of vanilla. Medium bodied. Decent cider.

Very pale golden color with just a few bubbles. Fresh crisp apple aroma. Near medium body with light, but biting, carbonation. Flavor is tart green apple skin with a bit of sugar. Finish is neither sweet nor dry. Rather refreshing, and there is hardly any cooked apple aspect to it. Decent.

12oz bottle-pours a white head that bubbles and pale yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is apple. Taste is sweet apple, some musty wheat, maybe some hops. Beer? OK effervescence.
