Draft hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma of grass and hay. Nice grass, pine, starw tastewith a good malt backbone, no pun intended.

Lightly floral dandelion nose. Crystal clear amber, thin yellow lacy head. Honey and dandelion flover, hints of lemon. Alcohol noticeable. Well balanced and tasty.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a large creamy white head. Decent head retention. Big fruity, floral and tropical notes in the aroma with pale bready malts. The taste is floral, leafy, citrus hops and caramel malts. Medium bodied. Almost Belgian in character.
