Draft. Very dark maroon color, small tan edge head. Aroma of barbecue pork rinds. Taste is bacon and pork fat. Tasty.

Draft @ FoBAB 2009, Chicago, IL. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has roasted malty weak smokey aroma with hints of bourbon. Roasted malty chocolate and licorice flavor with hints of smoke and bourbon. Has a roasted malty weak smoeky bourbon finish.
