After having just rated the blueberry I feel I could just give the exact same rating for this one, just substitute the word raspberry for blueberry. In short: dull appearance, insipid base beer, fake strawberry flavors.

Bottle: $1.80 single. Smells of light raspberry, grass, wheat, green leaves. Tastes similar. Raspberry, gasses, copper. Eh.

Buttery raspberry, almost boysenberry. Clear amber, thin head despite an aggressive pour. Strong raspberry flavor. Base beer is weak, but inoffensive. TOo weak and dominated by raspberry flavoring to sense any wheat characteristics. Alcopopish.

Refrigerated bottle served in refrigerated weizen glass. Pours a hazy golden with pink hue. Small white head that dissapates quickly, no discernable lacing, low carbonation. Aroma is raspberry and some wheat. Taste is below average american wheat and a hint of raspberry. Aroma is the best thing going for this one, mostly boring.

Pours orangey pink into a tumbler. Bright white head recedes to hug rim. Raspberry jam aromas. Dry and sweet upfront turning to wheat and raspberry in the medium finish.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy golden with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is a strong fruity malt with rasberry and tart. Thin mouthfeel with a strong bitter rasberry and tart with a grainy finish. Not too much going on with this one.

Overall Impression: Just like their blueberry beer, I found this one too sweet as well. I just prefer the fruit sweetness to be more subdued or balanced...

12 ounce bottle from Vintage Cellars in Blacksburg, VA. Pours a clear amber color with a small head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet and tart raspberries. Taste is raspberries, bread and a tart finish. Medium bodied. Somewhat artificial. Meh.

12 oz bottle from Binny’s. Up to my bung in raspberry beers lately for some reason. This one pours a respectable amber wheat color without the scary pink tinge, at least. No head. Smell is almost all raspberries, but not too strong. Now the label says “Wheat ale with natural flavor added,” which sounds kind of weaselly to me. But I guess if you want maintain a consistent abv, you need to add the fruit after brewing. Razz flavor here is the mainstay, but there is at least a hint of malt, maybe even discernible wheat, underneath. Just about stays out of wine cooler territory, and can be pretty good.
