Served on draft at the brewpub on 10/20/10. Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a medium creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of peach, pear, caramel and a bitter finish. The taste is fruity hop notes, stone fruits, some tropical and citrus, caramel and plum. Medium bodied. Tasty beer.

On cask at the brewpub on 09/26/2010. Clear golden body with a large creamy white head. Sweet floral hop aroma on a clean toasty malt background. Slightly grainy flavor with floral hops and some toasty notes. Light body with moderate carbonation. 7/3/6/4/13 - 3.3 On tap at the brewpub on 09/26/2010. Clear golden body with a small rocky white head. Sweet toasty malt aroma with some floral hops. Somewhat grainy earthy and lightly toasty malt with floral hops.
