Handpull at the source. Hazy golden color, small but thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of subtle grass. Taste is white pepper, caramel.

Location: Cask at the Brewpub, 6/10/11
Aroma: A fairly light, mostly malty nose, some caramel, bread/cereal notes, and a touch of spice
Appearance: It pours a clear orange-golden color with (not surprisingly) no head at all
Flavor: The flavor was pretty similar to the nose, light, mostly malty, with a medium sweetness
Palate: It has no carbonation at all, it really smooth and sleek on the mouth, and it is fairly light bodied
Overall Impression: I just didn't really find this one to be particularly exciting. I wanted to like it more then I actually liked it, if that makes any sense. It was just kind of light on aroma/flavor, and for that reason, It just didn't really work that well for me. I wanted there to be something else to stimulate my senses, but it wasn't there, and for that reason, this beer left me slightly unsatisfied.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white frothy head. Average head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, grain and floral hops. The taste is toasted malts, grain, faint apple notes and a grassy hop finish. Medium bodied. Strongly carbonated.

On Tap. Poured a light copper color, clear. Head was medium sized, white. Aroma was malty, though light in body. This one was a decent bitter.
