22oz bottle thanks to drfabulous
Appearance: It’s a gushery! Cloudy amber with a medium sized off-white head and lots of lacing
Aroma: Dusty, caramel and rye
Taste: Dusty caramel, grapefruit, and rye spices, sticky sweet finish
OK, but wouldn’t go back for another one though.

Sample at Twenty Tap in Indianapolis. This brew is a slightly hazed amber-copper color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, earth and spice. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, pine and bready malt. The finish is somewhat spicy with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent all around.

Courtesy of nbutler11. The bomber pours hazy copper with huge towering infected looking foamy off white head. The aroma has some rye notes, some malt sweetness, a bit of tartness and a modest level of floral hoppiness. The taste is similar with meaty floral hops mixed with a mild amount of spicy rye, floral hop bitterness and a bit of sweet malts.

Bomber. Deep golden body. Frothy, off-white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of fresh, earthy hops. Notes of pine, resin. Just a hint of malts in form of toasted grain. The flavor is lightly sweet and moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately to heavily bitter. Medium body, watery texture turning creamy in the finish. Lively carbonation. This is all about hops. Spicy, bitter, earthy, raw. Orange, pine, grapefruit skin. Nice beer.

Draft at NA. Hazy orange tan. Big fluffy off white head. Toasty orange aroma. Resiny, solid hop bill. Excellent balance, hits the spot. I do detect some underlying ringwoody diacetyl tones, but they work here. Toasty caramel. OK, leans toward APA in it’s earthiness.

Tap at brewery. Pine/graperfruit and light toffee malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head and nice lacing. Sweet creamy malt initialy quickly overwhelmed by an intense bitter pine and grapefruit peel finish. Hophead approved.
