Sharp sour nose with clear oak and red wine characteristics, with some roasted malt in the backbone. Low carbonation, more dark chcolate oak and red barrels in the mouth. Slightly acidic. Lingering red wine (zin?!?) in the finish. Very nice stuff, with red wine really Shining.
