300ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with weak ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of banana, baked banana, honey, dark honey. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and mildly bitter, leafy hoppy, notes of baked banana, honey, dark honey, a touch of "Grafschafter Birnenschmaus"; lingering, bitter, leafy hoppy finish.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nicely hopped, not overly complex - decent.
