Historically, Schankbier was a tax category for German beers, defining ones that fell between a certain alcohol range. Coming in at a much lower ABV, ’Schankbier’ translates quite literally to “draught beer.” This one is easy: crisp, clean, approachable. Something you don't have to think about. Oh, and its only 3% ABV too.
