[West Coast Pils]
[Azure]
We first met Mat from @trackbrewingco back in April and hit it off over a few beers. He got in touch about a series of Aussie collabs showcasing some of @ryefield_hops and obviously we were keen. The result is Bemboka, a crisp and refreshing West Coast Pils hopped with Azure. Originally centennial, Azure has become its own variety, still throwing back to its heritage with floral and citrus character but with an undertone of resin and woody tones.

From a 440ml can on 29/8/2026. Pours a clear pale golden with a small head. Has a pleasant light grassy, herbal nose. Starts with some clean sweet malt, with a touch of lemon, leading into crisp medium bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation A very well made, refreshing pils.
