Full bodied and full flavored with an herbal, floral hop character, rich maltiness, and a solid bitterness. An extraordinarily special beer brewed to celebrate the birth of Florian, our first child.

On tap at Otherlands, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white foamy head. Aroma has a nice spicy Saaz hop character, crisp biscuity malt, and some straw. Flavour is fairly crisp, with lots of spicy Saazy goodness, crisp crackery malt, and a dry bitter finish. Nice bright spicy bitterness. Very good.
