This is our mainstay Belgian IPA taken to another level. Look for a more subdued hop profile with hints of vanilla sweetness.

Draft - Oak, brown sugar and a grape skin tartness. Cleanish gold with a decent beige head. Oak, orange, light resin and a light tart bitterness. Interesting.

Draft at HopCat. Barrel ageing doesn’t help this one much. Nice vanilla aroma, but still lacks body and character. Simple not enough malt.

Draft at Crunchy’s, East Lansing. Hazy medium orange-brown body, medium clumping cream head with nice lacing. Spicy hops nose of pine needles and bitter spicy candies. Body with sharp tannic, buttery white oak backed by softened bitter hops and toast; little sweetness. Finishes like a fresh white oak core smells. Dry but doesn’t bring a lot of alcohol heat. Pretty good.

Tap @ Brewery Vivant. Slightly hazy, orange appearance with an off white head. Moderately earthy, citrusy, slightly piney hoppy, dull malty, oaky aroma. Floral, somewhat citrusy, herbal hoppy, belgian yeasty, woody, vanilla flavor.
