IZA Winter Warmer

This brew was based off a hybrid between a Belgian dubbel and Scotch ale. For the majority of this brew we used English malts and hopped with Hallertau Magnum to balance out the malty sweetness. We then added Belgian candi to enhance the color and flavor. During the final mash process, we used sweet orange peel, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg to add the lovely spice finish and aroma.
