Mini Bock is exactly as it sounds: a playful, sessionable rendition in our series of malty German Lagers. A combination of pilsner, Munich, and chocolate malts lends notes of toasted country bread, chestnut honey, and a hint of caramel on the finish. Hersbrucker hops then add subtle, complementary aromas of orange peel, black tea, and dried garden herbs.

Pours deep mahogany into a willi. Tan pancake head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Date, fig and pumpernickel aromas. Dry with sweet plum and date upfront turning to earthy tree bark in the lasting finish.
