Long-time friendship, shared hop obsession, and perfect timing. When our good friends from Finback Brewery (USA) came to Sweden, we teamed up with them and the hop wizards at Apex Brewing to create the kind of Hazy IPA we'd all want to drink.
Built on a ridiculously soft base of oats and wheat, this beer delivers the pillowy, saturated mouthfeel that every great Hazy IPA deserves. Then we went all in on the hops: Citra, Amarillo, Dolcita, Dolcita Cryo, and a healthy dose of Nectaron Abstrax combine to unleash layer upon layer of juicy mango, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, and bright citrus, all wrapped up in an intensely aromatic, ultra-saturated hop experience with just enough bitterness to keep you reaching for another sip.
Three breweries. Countless ideas. One shared mission: to brew a Hazy IPA that celebrates friendship, collaboration, and our collective inability to ever say, "That's probably enough hops."
